Locally FEW to SCT AC between 8000-15000FT, spreading out of convective cloud, first half.
SURFACE VISIBILITY: Prevailing 15KM, falling to 5000M-8KM in any showers, to 7-9KM in any mist and to 0100-0200M in hill fog patches.
WEATHER: Initially risk of isolated showers, mainly over the mountains and inland areas. Locally increased low cloud coverage at times with later risk of local mist. Hill fog patches.
