SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE METEOROLOGICAL SITUATION:
Weak low pressure is affecting the area.

CLOUD:	By end of period locally SCT CU bases 2000-3000FT tops 12000-14000FT over the western offshore parts and probably over the western coastal parts. Cloud may cover high ground. Initially FEW CU bases 2500-3500FT tops 80000-10000FT with the risk of isolated tops reaching 16000-17000FT over the northern half of the island. Cloud may cover high ground FEW locally SCT, first half mainly over the northern/northwestern parts and mountains locally SCT to BKN CUSC between 3000-6000FT with CU tops reaching 7000-8000FT. Cloud will cover high ground.
SURFACE VISIBILITY:	Prevailing 15KM falling first half to 7-9Km and by end of period to 5000M-7KM in showers and to 0050-0200M in hill fog patches.
WEATHER:	Initially isolated, mainly light, showers over mountains and over the northern and northwestern parts, and by end of period isolated showers over the western offshore or/and coastal parts. Low concentrations of dust in suspension first half mainly confined over higher levels. Hill fog patches.
